    Standard Warranty:

    • Coverage: All VTX Gaming PCs come with a 1-year warranty that covers defects in parts or craftsmanship.

    • Parts Covered: The warranty covers all internal components, including but not limited to the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage devices, motherboard, and cooling systems.

    • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by user mishandling, accidental drops, or water damage. It also excludes software or third-party accessories not purchased directly from VTX Gaming.

    Extended Warranty Options:

    To offer even more protection, we provide extended warranty plans, ensuring your system continues to perform at its peak:

    • 2-Year Extended Warranty

      • Coverage: Extends the standard warranty for an additional year, covering all the same components.

      • Cost: $100

    • 3-Year Extended Warranty

      • Coverage: Offers three years of coverage for parts and components, with priority service and faster repair turnarounds.

      • Cost: $200

    Warranty Process:

    • Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order details. We'll work with you to resolve any issues swiftly, whether it’s a replacement or repair.

    • Repair Time: Most issues are resolved within 5–10 business days. However, certain parts may require additional time for sourcing or specialized repairs.

vTX Gaming shipping and returns

  • Carriers

    By purchasing a computer from VortexGaming LLC ("VortexGaming"), you agree to accept the shipping carrier chosen by VortexGaming to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. We strive to ensure your computer is delivered within the estimated time frame associated with the selected shipping option or sooner.

    In cases where VortexGaming determines that a different shipping carrier can deliver your order within the same or a shorter time frame, we reserve the right to make this change at no additional cost to you.

  • Return and Refund Policy

    We are proud to offer high-quality computers at competitive prices. Processing returns due to a change of mind after shipment requires significant resources and impacts our ability to assist other customers. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to be fully committed to their purchase before completing checkout.

    Return Policy

    Customers may return their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return:

    • Condition: The item must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging as received.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.

    If you wish to request a return, contact us at vortex-sales@vtxgaming.com within the 14-day period, stating your reason for the return.

    Return Approval and Costs

    If we approve your return in writing, the following conditions apply:

    1. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item, which will match the same quality shipping method used to deliver your order.

    2. Processing and Fees:

      • An Online Processing Fee (charged by our payment provider during the purchase) will be deducted from your refund.

      • A $150 Inspection/Reshelving Fee will also apply.

    We will provide a payment link for these charges. Once payment is received, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the package back to us.

    Refund Conditions

    Returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. If the item has been opened or used, no refund will be issued. Any items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

    Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items – Custom Builds

    Custom-built gaming computers are non-returnable and non-refundable. A custom build refers to any gaming computer constructed with specific components chosen by the customer, excluding standard models sold on our website. Once shipped, all custom orders are considered final sales.

    Refund Processing

    After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you in writing whether a full or partial refund has been approved.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • If your refund has not been received within 15 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at vortex-sales@vtxgaming.com for further assistance.
