  • 1. Coverage Period

    • 1-Year Standard Warranty: Included with all purchases, covering parts and components.

    • 2-Year Extended Warranty: Available for an additional fee, extending coverage to 2 years from the date of purchase.

    • 3-Year Extended Warranty: Available for an additional fee, extending coverage to 3 years from the date of purchase.

    2. Coverage Details

    The extended warranty covers the following:

    • Hardware Failures: Defects in parts or components due to manufacturing issues.

    • Repair or Replacement: At Vortex Gaming’s discretion, faulty components will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater value.

    • Labor Costs: All labor costs for repairs covered under the warranty.

    3. Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

    • Accidental damage (e.g., spills, drops, power surges) unless an Accidental Damage Protection Add-On is purchased.

    • Software issues, including viruses or operating system corruption.

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties.

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, dents).

    4. Accidental Damage Protection (Optional Add-On)

    For an additional fee, customers can purchase coverage for:

    • Spills, drops, and physical damage.

    • Power surges affecting the PC or components.

    • This add-on must be purchased at the time of checkout.

    5. Claims Process

    To make a warranty claim:

    1. Contact Vortex Gaming Support at vortex-sales@vtxgaming.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

    2. Follow instructions for shipping the PC or components to our repair center (if applicable).

    3. Vortex Gaming will assess the issue and provide a resolution within 7–10 business days.

    6. Limitations of Liability

    • Vortex Gaming is not liable for any data loss or recovery during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up all data before sending in their PC.

    • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    7. Refunds and Cancellations

    • Extended warranties can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.

    • After 30 days, the warranty fee is non-refundable.

    8. Pricing

    • 2-Year Warranty: $100–$150 (exact pricing based on PC model).

    • 3-Year Warranty: $200–$250 (exact pricing based on PC model).

    • Accidental Damage Protection Add-On: $50–$75.

    9. Additional Notes

    • The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

    • Shipping costs for sending the PC to our repair center are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Carriers

    By purchasing a computer from VortexGaming LLC ("VortexGaming"), you agree to accept the shipping carrier chosen by VortexGaming to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. We strive to ensure your computer is delivered within the estimated time frame associated with the selected shipping option or sooner.

    In cases where VortexGaming determines that a different shipping carrier can deliver your order within the same or a shorter time frame, we reserve the right to make this change at no additional cost to you.

  • Return and Refund Policy

    We are proud to offer high-quality computers at competitive prices. Processing returns due to a change of mind after shipment requires significant resources and impacts our ability to assist other customers. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to be fully committed to their purchase before completing checkout.

    Return Policy

    Customers may return their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return:

    • Condition: The item must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging as received.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.

    If you wish to request a return, contact us at vortex-sales@vtxgaming.com within the 14-day period, stating your reason for the return.

    Return Approval and Costs

    If we approve your return in writing, the following conditions apply:

    1. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item, which will match the same quality shipping method used to deliver your order.

    2. Processing and Fees:

      • An Online Processing Fee (charged by our payment provider during the purchase) will be deducted from your refund.

      • A $150 Inspection/Reshelving Fee will also apply.

    We will provide a payment link for these charges. Once payment is received, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the package back to us.

    Refund Conditions

    Returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. If the item has been opened or used, no refund will be issued. Any items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

    Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items – Custom Builds

    Custom-built gaming computers are non-returnable and non-refundable. A custom build refers to any gaming computer constructed with specific components chosen by the customer, excluding standard models sold on our website. Once shipped, all custom orders are considered final sales.

    Refund Processing

    After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you in writing whether a full or partial refund has been approved.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • If your refund has not been received within 15 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at vortex-sales@vtxgaming.com for further assistance.
